Emma is Martins daughter and has ridden since an early age.  She started to focus on Eventing after leaving pony club and juggles her horses with a full time job working as an Investment Manager for an IFA firm.

Emmas biog:

My first horse Follow the Bear whom I bought as a 4 year old got up to 2 star level in 2003/4, we also had some good Intermediate placings and finished in the top third of starters at Windsor 2 Star event and the British Intermediate Championships at Gatcombe.  He is now semi-retired, enjoying an easier life with a friend in Shillington.  

My current horses are Rio, who is 11 and I have owned since a five year old, he is Hanovarian x Tb and I bought him from Duglas Harrison, and Zorro who I got in October 2009 and came from Jonathan Chapman.

Rio is super but has sadly had quite a few injuries; having had more years off work than he has in work. – he  needs a bit of luck on the soundness front. He definately has the brain, paces and the boldness to go a long way. In 2011 we are aiming to move up to Intermediate level.

Zorro is a 16.2 KWPN, and is rising 6. He is a lovely talented horse, whom I am very excited about and hope to be out eventing next year.
